CW Inc./DFW Workers/HOST

CURRENTLY CLOSED - Please check back once the corona virus outbreak has abated.

No Show/Replacement Fees

Once an individual confirms in writing via email or text or verbally to work an event, they are scheduled and thereby committed to work the event and subject to a no show or replacement fee if they are unable to make the event.  It is important to our client that we fulfill our obligations and that is what allows us to offer special events temp jobs to all of you.  When commitments are not fulfilled it puts the organization in jeopardy.  Anyone cancelling for a medical reason will need to show proof of their doctor visit on the day they missed their job assignment in order to not be charged.  In this way, we can keep our client happy, cut down on the number of extra people we have to add in for an event and bring you more work opportunities.

We MUST be able to provide the number of workers/volunteers we are expected to bring to each event.  The correct number of TABC and Non TABC workers is essential to maintaining the assignments we are given.  Additional areas we are assigned are based on the number of individuals who confirmed to being at an event.  .

Situations occur where individuals cannot make it and we ask that you notify us asap and not wait until the day you are scheduled.   If you are cancelling with a 48 hour notice you will not be charged.  Less than 48 hours notice is subject to being charged.  If you leave the event without notice and it causes hardship on the client this will also constitute a no show fee as you did not fulfill your confirmed shift at that event.  No show/cancellation/replacement fees will be deducted from any payouts due you first or must be paid BEFORE you will be allowed to work any future events.

Venues charge a different amount for not having the required number (please see venue information and click on each venue to see the cancellation fee for that venue) and this fee is passed on to you.  Cancellations fees by venues is usually based on the cost that venue must pay to put an employee in the place of the worker or volunteer that should have been working that event.

Anyone cancelling less than 48 hours prior to an event will be subject to either/or fee

 (no show/cancellation or replacement fee).
